Powerful vacuum system for outstanding detail with any application.  Electronic temperature controls and thermostat supports symmetrical heating.  Motorized closure, digital timer, and pre-calibrated settings for common uses make operation simple.

Accurate results processing  bleaching trays, sports mouthguards, orthodontic appliances, and other vacuum-formed dental appliances.

    1. After creating impression molds of the upper and lower teeth, apply BlueSeal® gingival barrier or separating agent to the exterior surfaces of the teeth to be whitened.  This will create individual, thin reservoirs against the tooth surfaces to contain the whitening gel when the trays are complete.

    2. Remove EVA tray material from StayWhite™ whitening kit.  Place one sheet of EVA tray material on the lower ring tray.  Place upper ring tray on top of the EVA sheet and turn clockwise to lock into place.Once upper ring tray is tightly closed, press “up” button to raise ring trays.

    3. If the base of the impression mold has a flat base and will remain stable without use of the steel balls, place perforated bowl upside down into machine and position impression mold in center .

If impression mold has an uneven base, empty steel balls into perforated bowl and place impression mold securely on steel balls, ensuring the surface of the teeth is visibly level.  Place perforated bowl in machine.

    4. When using the BEYOND® StayWhite™ Professional System, the BEYOND® InFORM™ should be set at two minutes heating time and one minute forming time.  For other materials, follow timing recommendations provided by EVA material manufacturer.

LCD should display “F” in upper left corner.   To adjust heating time, press “H/V”.  “Heater” will flash on screen.  Select “+” or “-“to set heating time.  To adjust forming time, again press “H/V”.  “Vacuum” will flash on screen.  Select “+” or “-“to set vacuum forming time.

Press “Start/Pause” key to begin process.  Heater is started with a time countdown.  Just before heating time is complete, vacuum will initiate.  Once countdown is finished, tray will automatically lower itself to vacuum forming position.  Vacuum forming mode will continue according to vacuum time countdown.

    5. Once forming is complete, remove upper ring tray and carefully remove impression mold from formed tray material.  Use provided magnetized brush to remove steel balls from impression mold if necessary.

Trim whitening tray along the gingival margin so tray covers each tooth but comes just short of lying on wearer’s gum tissue.

Repeat steps 2 through 5 to create lower whitening tray.

    6. Place upper and lower whitening tray in patient’s mouth to check fit  and trim as needed to ensure comfort.
